The bedding was clean, comfortable and soft. My partner enjoyed the couches, not sure if they were real leather, but they kept him cool as he watched football on the flat screen, watched the crashing waves through the picture window and warmed his feet by the fireplace. The room was nice with ocean view, king size bed and fireplace. You have to agree to pay for it when you check in. The complimentary paper isn't so complimentary.

They did offer to have us purchase $20 tickets to the Halloween ball, but we opted out. there was no mention of this during my recent stay, but maybe it was because it was over Halloween weekend. Back in the day, they used to offer discount packages and give you a coupon book with free slots and dinner deals. Check in was easy, although as a person who has stayed here many times over the years, I will say they don't offer as much as they used to. they are always talkative and accommodating. The best part about the Quinault is the friendly staff. But there are better and more customer friendly options in the greater Seattle area.

Good deal if you know what you're getting into. Mediocre prime rib special.but hey, it was 8 bucks. Who does this? Lounge staff overworked for number of patrons in the bar. All 3 employees were away on break at the same time. No manager even around to try and make it right. Total clown show on their end trying to figure out what to do. Problem was no one had programmed their computers with the promotion details. Lazy employees.I visited on Veteran's Day, and they were offering a promotion for vets at the casino club deal. Easy to sign up for the casino club card, plus a $5 free play coupon. Easy access down to the beach via a pathway. Well lit and safe parking close to the hotel. The eat Dungeness crab all you can eat special for $29. It had been several years since we were here last, and the quality has really gone downhill. Had a voucher for a free stay from a work promotion.
